Fitness Cartel- Sippy Downs has been great for my training needs. I hired a PT to get my body leveled up after being selected for Qld Oztag team. Harry got me to where I needed to be and I’m thankful for that. The machines and weights are plenty and if they are being used it’s easy enough to select a different exercise to hit the target muscle group. The staff are always friendly and even if I’m a little grumpy the cheerful hello’s put me in a good place. In particular Myah and Ash are always helpful and make the best protein shakes. I’ve done a few classes and found Body Pump to be my favourite. Overall a great gym, I would and have recommended it to anyone. ~ STEVE R

Not just a gym but a complete wellness Center. From the moment you walk in you are greeted by lovely staff, all your supplements and protein powders are on show or simply grab a protein shake or coffee from the cafe. All different classes to choose from with a great timetable. The Pilates classes are by far the best I’ve been to on the coast with the loveliest Pilates instructors. The gym floor has so much choice of equipment and the bathrooms are just beautiful with hair straighteners, hair dryers and even a sauna in both the female and men’s bathrooms. What more could you ask for, best gym on the Sunshine Coast! ~ Laura C

I've been a member at Fitness Cartel Sippy Downs for a while now and honestly couldn't be happier. The gym has great equipment, plenty of space, and a really positive atmosphere. It's the kind of place that makes you want to keep coming back. What really makes this gym stand out though is the team at the front. Taylor, Courtney, Hayley, Rhiannon and others ( forgot your name lol) are all absolutely awesome. They are always friendly, welcoming and genuinely take the time to chat with members. No matter how busy they are, they always have a smile on their face and make everyone feel valued. A special shout out to Taylor, who makes the best coffee. It's become part of my gym routine and she never disappoints. It's rare to find a gym with great facilities and such amazing customer service. The team at Fitness Cartel Sippy Downs have created a fantastic community and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a gym on the Sunshine Coast. Vamosssss ~ Jonmarco

Great gym with everything you need. I’m in my 40s and getting back into training after a bit of a break, and Fitness Cartel Sippy Downs has made that a lot easier. Plenty of space, good gear, and a solid mix of people—not just young bodybuilders or influencers. Staff are friendly and not pushy, which I appreciate. It’s clean, well set up, and has a relaxed, no-pressure feel that makes it easy to just focus and train. I go early mornings before work and it’s never too packed. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a no-BS gym where you can just get it done. ~ Paul W

Been a member here for about a year and a half. The front desk team are great, Tay, Ash and Courtney especially. Always friendly, always up for a chat, and they make great coffee and shakes. The rest of the team are really encouraging too, friendly, always there to help. The gym itself is fairly new and it’s a really good setup. Heaps of options for different gear so you’ve always got something to work on. The sauna is fantastic. Always clean and well kept. Just an enjoyable place to train. Five stars from me. ~ Sean B

OMG today was my lucky day! Do you know how hard it is to get a PT appointment. This place is very popular 💖 I am glad that they had a spare spot for me since I only just signed up Tuesday morning. The Front Desk, Staff and Trainers are obviously great people but what did it for me…was the Luxurious Bathroom slash Showers slash Sauna slash Seated area…all in the same mirror-lined room slash Locker Room. I’ve been going to the Maroochydore Fitness Cartel since it opened many years ago. Only recently have I attended the Sippy Downs location. The girls at the front are very friendly and helpful, the gym space itself is such a vibe and makes you motivated to go, all the equipment is new and there is quite a lot of space. I’ve always loved being apart of Fitness Cartel and no other commercial gym compares! ~ Carla M

I joined when the gym first opened, and quickly realised the ‘hype’ was not just a sales gimic, the vibe in the gym is awesome! From the first class I did , I felt welcomed and supported. I have asked for some assistance a couple of times in the weights section and was helped with a smile straight away and didnt once feel like I was incompetent. Been a great choice for me! This gym is honestly awesome, yeh it’s not as massive as some, though all the equipment is new, the staff are super friendly and always ready to help, and the bathrooms are next-level—fully stocked and even have a sauna which easily makes up for the space. The shakes and coffee are tasty and easy on the wallet. There are heaps of classes to choose from, so there’s always something fun to jump into. ~ Luke S

Sam is an absolute legend—genuine and truly dedicated to his clients. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need. I must admit I'm a bit perplexed by some of the "pushy comments" I've seen, as I'm still waiting for my contract, which I expect to receive today. However, I can understand where those feelings come from, as many gyms can be like that. The industry as a whole has room for improvement in this area. Therefore, I certainly do not dismiss those ratings. That being said, my experience with Sam has been fantastic. We’ve been in touch for at least two weeks, and our conversations have centered around ensuring that this gym is the right fit for me. For instance, I have a strong preference for gyms with saunas, which is a must-have for me—and I'm happy to say they deliver on that front! Among other things, like a good range of PTs, classes, etc. While I can’t speak for the management, I have seen Sam advocate for me personally. If you're looking for a supportive and caring consultant, I highly recommend reaching out to Sam! Really looking forward to the opening! ~ Beau N

The service received my myself and my partner by Sam today was possibly the best customer service & sign up experience I've witnessed at any gym. He's always happy for a chat and goes out of his way to know people by name, engage, and make the gym feel welcoming. What a legend. Gym is also well kept and a generally good vibe, although busy at times. ~ James P

Phenomenal fitness center! Great equipment, good general vibe from the patrons the week day we visited, friendly helpful staff, amazing hot rocks sauna and very nice/fancy bathroom facilities. This gym is amazing, the equipment is all new, it’s huge, the staff are all lovely and very helpful, the bathrooms are stunning full of everything you need plus a Sauna. The shakes and coffee are affordable and tasty. My favourite space is the Reformer Pilates and the instructors are all incredible, shout out to Bianca. I can already feel the difference in my body. Fitness Cartel Health Club Sippy Downs is outstanding! The facility is immaculately clean, spacious, and well-designed. The staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Spoke to Sam on Friday about changing my gym membership as I was treated pretty unfairly at Club Lime. He made the whole process super easy and smooth, showed me around and overall was incredibly nice. The gym is great and so is the staff but I have to point out one of the staff members Will is absolutely amazingly kind to me and my friend who come in regularly, everytime we come in and see him working it makes our day ~ Mrbuns B
